Health Guarantee and Deposit info
When purchasing a puppy from "All About Frenchies" you must mail us proof
that your pup has been examined by your veterinarian and has been found in
good health and condition within 10 days of purchase. Once the vet certificate
is received by us you will then be given a one year health guarantee.
All deposits are non-refundable but are fully transferable to a different litter.
All guarantee's are for replacement only and not for refund of purchase price in
whole or part, or reimbursement of medical/veterinary expense in whole or part.
This means if your dog should develop an incurable and debilitating genetic
disorder requiring the dog to be euthanized or should the dog die due to a
genetic disorder within one year from the date of purchase the seller will
replace the dog for the buyer provided the seller is given accurate
documentation and evidence. If the dog dies naturally or by veterinary
euthanasia, due to a genetic condition the seller must have an autopsy
performed by a licensed veterinary pathologist and the report must be
forwarded to the seller and his veterinarian for review. Provided the seller's vet
concurs from the autopsy report that the cause of death was due to a genetic
condition, the seller will replace the puppy.

parasites, bacteria, cherry eye, skin allergies, elongated soft palate, small or
collapse nostrils, undescended testicles, mange,fleas, ticks, ear mites,
coccidian, kennel cough, irradiate, and thyroid dysfunction.
